Favorite Foundations

Hello beauties, today I’m going to talk about my favorite foundations at the moment. I am going to show you three of my current favorites.

AVON TRUE COLOR FLAWLESS

This is my everyday foundation, it has a matte effect but not too dry, I hate when my matte foundations dry too much, it feels and looks terrible, but this foundation has a nice, comfortable and “healthy” matte look. It has medium coverage, so it’s perfect for my everyday and it lasts enough. It’s a good foundation for the price, you can by it for $12 HERE.

MAC STUDIO FIX FLUID

I absolutely love this one, the coverage is perfect and long lasting. What I really love about MAC foundations is that they have a lot of shades aviable, so it’s easy to find yours! It has FPS 15, controls the oil, and has a very comfortable matte finish, my favorite foundation for the summer. $29 HERE.

DIORSKIN FOREVER

My all times favorite, it’s perfect! The coverage is amazing, it lasts the whole day, has FPS 25, minimize the pores and has a luminous matte finish. When I wear this foundation I feel like wearing no foundation at all, and makes my skin look natural, but with full coverage!

I hope you liked this post, if you would like to see a complete review about these foundations please let me know! And share with us your favorite foundations!

Kisses!!

How to contour your face: Long Face

How to contour your face: Long Face

Hi everyone, today’s post is about the contouring on long face, I told you on the last post that I am going to do a tutorial per week to show how to really contour your face shape. If you don’t know which shape your face is click here and read the other post.

Today’s shape is the long face because the beauties from the blogs Brooke Clarke and Random Thoughts asked for it. (check out their blogs, they’re amazing!).  So let’s get started!

The Shape

First of all, how to know if my face is really long?

Well, on this shape the size of the forehead is almost equal with the size of the jaw line. An example:

How to contour:

Everyone knows that we use darker and lighter shades to contour the face. (if you don’t know that, look my last contour post)

Dark

1 – Forehead: Apply the darker shade (foundation, powder or cream) on the top of the forehead, very near the hair.

2 – Apply it on the the side of the head.

3 -Cheeks: Apply on your cheeks, but be careful, on the long face you should make a horizontal line on this place, never do like a transversal line if you have a long face, it would make your face look even longer, so always draw a horizontal line!

4 – Chin: apply the dark shade there too, it will make your face look shorter.

Dark correction

Light

1 – Eyebrows: Apply light foundation up on the browns and on the brown bone.

2 – Cheeks: Apply on the cheek bones and on the jaw line.

3 – Apply on the center of the nose and beside the nostril.

Light

It should look like this:

Another important thing, on this face shape you should apply the blush on a horizontal line too!

Thank you for reading! I hope I explained it good, haha
Any questions, please, let me know!

My “No Makeup” Makeup Look

My “No Makeup” Makeup Look

Hey guys! Today’s post is about my no makeup, makeup look.

I wear this makeup on my everyday and to work.

Eyes:

I use a neutral cool toned palette. This one I’m using lately is from a Brazilian brand named Jamyne. (It was on my last month favorites post).  But, I use Kylie’s Bronze Palatte too!

1. The first shade I always apply is this very light brown (color 09) on my crease:

2. I pick up the chocolate brown (color 03) and make my crease darker.

3. The last shade I apply is a very dark purple shade, I use it to like my lash lines.

4. For masquera I use Revlon Dramatic Definition.

Skin:

1. I’m not going to use foundation for this look so I apply a very good primer all over my face, my favorite that minimize my pores and lines.

2. I apply just concealer on my undereyes and on some marks I wanna hide.

3. I set my under eye with a translucent power.

4. The last step is to apply bronzer and a little blush.

Lips:

I usually go with Kylie lipgloss in the shade Like.

What is your favorite makeup for everyday?

How to apply red lipstick perfectly 👌🏽

How to apply red lipstick perfectly 👌🏽

Hey boys and girls! Let’s talk about red lips, they’re sexy and classic, it looks great for  (almost) any occasion! The following steps will help you to apply red lipstick like a pro!

Step 1

Outline the cupid bow with a red lip pencil, drawing an X there, after that draw a line on the lowest point of you lower lip, then draw some other lines that will work like a guide.

Step 2

Connect all the lines with the lip pencil and fill the intire lips with the liner. After filling, you can over line the lips one more time to make sure that it’s all perfect.

Step 3

Apply the red lipstick or lipgloss on the top.

Step 4

Clean the edges with a concealer using a concealer brush.

And like this you will have perfect red lips!
