#5 – Maybelline – The Colossal Volum’ Express
I confess that on the first time I used this mascara I wasn’t impressed, but after using it a little more I found out that I really like the volume effect. one of my favorites mascaras when I wanna go with more volume on my lashes, and I don’t wannt put fake lashes on.
#4 – Essence Volume Stylist 18hr Lash Extension Mascara
I talked about this one on my Essence mini haul post, everyone knows that I love Essence products, and their mascaras are amazing, I like every one I tried, until now. This is new, and very good.
#3 – Avon Big & Multiplied Volume Mascara
Another brand that makes great and affordable mascaras is Avon, I already tested almost every mascara fro them, and yes, they’re good, this one makes my lashes longer and defined, and stays long, that’s why I like it!
#2 – Maybelline Lash Sensational
I got this some days ago, and I am liking, what I like about this one is that it makes my lashes look longer and curved in one.

This my favorite affordable mascara ever!!! I talked about it on my Essence Favorites Post. It makes my lashes look fuller, curved and amazing! I really recommend this one!

Today is the second part from our “weekly makeup class”, where I am sharing with you some makeup theories that I learned on my Master Makeup Course. I am starting by showing you the essential tools for makeup, the last post I compared the kinds of foundation, powder and concealer (you can read it here).
We it for highlight parts of the face, and make it pop up. You can find it cream, liquid, loose or compact powder, matte or shimmery.
Matte highlighter – we use for contouring the face. (you can see HERE how to contour your face).
Shimmery highlighter – we use to pop up some parts of the face, like the highest points on the cheeks, nose and cupid’s bow.
Powder highlighter – apply with a brush, light to medium coverage.
Cream highlighter – more coverage, used for video and photograph. Applied with a brush or a sponge.
I hope I could explain it well, if you have questions, please, let me know!
